About 2 years ago I decided to completely rebuild the front and back yards of my home. I was faced with selecting 4 different contractors for landscaping, irrigation, fencing, and paving. I was a bit nervous about timing the 4 crews properly and assuring that nobody got in anyone else's way. I had met with two "irrigation specialists" and was not terribly impressed with what they had to offer or how they made their sales pitch. Luckily, I had selected my landscaper by that time and asked him for a recommendation. He said that he does not make recommendations, but did offer that every one of his customers that used " SprinklerKing" was quite satisfied. Two days later you arrived exactly at the appointed time and immediately put me at ease. Your overall demeanor, knowledge of your product, and your appreciation and concern for the success of my project made me decide to select your company before you completed your presentation. We had a deal. You recommended that your work be done "after the fence installation, before the landscaping, and during the paving demolition." The fence couldn't be done until last, but you assured me that was OK and you would come back to make any necessary adjustments. You and your crew arrived exactly when expected. Everyone was courteous, considerate and HARD WORKING. Ten zones were installed and tested in an amazingly short amount of time. Their work was so neat and pristine that you would never think that this was a fresh installation.
During the two weeks of landscaping work, two adjustments were required. Your service mechanic arrived within minutes of each call. On the first call he move a head two feet requiring a pipe extension. On the second, he replaced a 3" head with a 12" version. A week or so after the fence was installed it was discovered that one of the pipes had been cut. Again your man was there in no time to make the repair. When each of these visits was made I was convinced that your commitment to customer service could not be surpassed.
I HIGHLY recommend "SprinklerKing" as the one and only company to contact for your irrigation needs!”

In the summer of 2002 my wife and I decided that after 17 years in our house that is was a good time to have a sprinkler system installed. After obtaining several price quotes we agreed to use your company. You were not the cheapest price but your reputation and excellent references made our decision easy.
The installation was done in a very timely manner and no problems were encountered. Everything was done exactly how we requested and you were there the whole time supervising the installation. After 3 years of problem free sprinklers I noticed that a couple of sprinkler heads were not aiming in the proper direction. I made one call to you and within one day you were here to fix the problem which took all of 5 minutes. The few times I've had a problem (most of them my own doing) your company has always been there within a day or 2 to correct it.
This past summer I decided to replace and widen my driveway. Sprinkler heads and lines had to be moved. I don't quite remember how we came in contact with SprinklerKing. I can say with no hesitation that it was the best thing that ever happened to us and our lawn!
